Luxurious Awnings for Unique Outdoor Space
Samson’s commercial division had the pleasure of installing two large, retractable awnings for The Sloane Club, London, making for a truly inspiring project!
Enhancing The Space
The member’s club’s outdoor space was a particularly interesting one for the team to coordinate, being in a triangle-shaped courtyard.
As the project was required for completion before the re-opening after lockdown lifting, a tight turnaround was required. So, a great option available for the application were awnings sourced from renowned German manufacturer, Erhardt. These were offering the best lead times that were unique at the time, still with the promise of reliable and high quality electric operated awnings.
Excellent Results
From here, the awnings were manufactured to large, commercial specifications, and constructed with grey fabric and cassette to perfectly suit the courtyard.
As can be seen in these fantastic photographs, the staff at The Sloane Club in Chelsea have successfully incorporated the awnings further into the environment, with enchanting fairy lights draped around them. They help to create a luxury and unique atmosphere among the courtyard, alongside charming greenery, bar area and outdoor furniture.
A wonderfully pleasant and very much inviting outdoor space, the awnings now offer this space a convenient area of shading for guests, enhancing the charming environment and creating a style of exlusitivity.
