Samson Commercial Awnings are pleased to present the latest addition to the Markilux range, the superb Pergola Stretch system. A self-supporting framework structure with a super tough fabric retractable canopy incorporated and capable of very large area coverage. 7 meters wide and 7 meters projection for one system and these can be coupled together as required for wider sizes. The fabric is extended and retracted with a tensioned pulley system built into the side channels to ensure the fabric is as taught as possible when in use for the highest wind and rain resistance possible.
All the rainwater is directed to the guttering in the front profile, and this is then drained away through the support legs onto the ground or into an existing drainage system. The canopy roof is always electrically operated, and the roof bar struts, or side channels can incorporate LED lighting, enabling full use into the evenings. Infrared heating can also be added.
The Pergolas aluminium framework is designed to be able to also take side and front protection products such as electric vertical blinds for additional protection from wind and rain and low-lying sun.
